UV curable resins and oligomers have several properties which could
address different solutions in various areas. With their low odor and low migration properties, they can be formulated as food and drug coatings;
with their low viscosity and non-yellowing properties, they could be
used in inks and furniture paints.
MCT Chem currently produces Urethane (meth)acrylates as UV curing
resins. Urethane (meth)acrylates, which can be produced as aromatic or
aliphatic, are used in 3D printers, UV nail polishes and no-wipe top
coats, dental industry, industrial coatings, UV road marking paints, UV
parquet varnishes, where high scratch resistance is required, high
performance adhesives, Glass-Glass, Glass-Metal or anaerobic systems,
non-yellowing plastic coatings.
